These Terms govern your use of the ReliancePay Global website and any related services. By accessing the site you agree to these Terms.

Services

ReliancePay Global provides payment processing, gateway, virtual terminal, recurring billing, card reader, and related services subject to the applicable service agreement.

Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for accurate business information, compliance with card scheme rules, and the security of customer data they collect.

Payment Processing

Transactions are processed via authorised acquiring partners. Settlement timelines, fees, and chargebacks are described in your merchant agreement.

Fees

Pricing is provided in your quote and merchant agreement. Fees may include transaction fees, monthly fees, and additional service fees.

Compliance

Merchants must comply with PCI DSS where applicable, as well as relevant anti-fraud, AML, and data protection laws.

Limitations

ReliancePay Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service in accordance with the merchant agreement. We may suspend services in the event of suspected fraud or breach.
